In order to properly assess the situation at hand, Dry Kings uses Matterport 3D technology to document the exact location and condition of the contents and property. This provides a high-definition record that assists in more than just inventorying.

Once we’ve assessed the damage using 3D scanning, we’ll inspect each item on-site and document the damage in a report. We create an inventory system by employing photographs to catalog all of your possessions and keep track of all of your personal goods. This information can be useful to estimate your losses when filing a claim with your insurance company. Dry Kings also works with your insurance adjuster to assess the extent of the damage to your belongings.

We know that restoring your items to their pre-loss condition is important, which is why our experts do their best to determine which of your contents are actually salvageable. Unsalvageable items will be safely stored and/or discarded as needed, and items that can be repaired to their pre-loss condition will undergo a restoration process.

Unfortunately, smoke damaged, water damaged, and mold-contaminated items cannot be packed away. That’s why Dry Kings separately categorizes these items in the inventory system for cleaning before they’re packed for storage. To mitigate additional damage to your home and business, and prevent future health concerns, any salvageable items will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
