The Emergency Service Technician prescribes and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
The Emergency Service Lead Technician prescribes, coordinates, controls, and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the Dry Kings Restoration brand, the Lead Technician demonstrates the company’s commitment to leading every customer to the best possible outcome.
The Restoration Project Manager oversees water damage, fire damage & reconstruction crews for quality control, efficiency, and profitability of jobs while being involved in production (running jobs). Further, the RPM is responsible for the development of current technicians and the training of new  and current technicians to perform to Dry Kings and Industry standards.
The Estimator/Coordinator supports Team Lead(s) in managing all teams, develops accurate job estimates, and works with all team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to our production schedule.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for trailblazing the development and growth of new business while developing and maintaining current working relationships.  This person filling this position must be a competitive, passionate and goal-oriented leader who will maximize all business opportunities, proactively create new opportunities and exceed sales targets.
The new Maintenance Technician cleans, organizes, and maintains vehicles, equipment, and our warehouse. The Maintenance Technician may also perform work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
