What You’ll do:
- Support our office manager in administrative tasks to support the business
- Think critically about our processes and become an efficiency hunter to help us scale and adapt. You will have an opportunity to create scalable processes to support our team. We will help YOU grow as you help the team grow
- Learn and execute in areas such as: billing/invoicing and collections, HR administrative functions, business licensing/compliance, assisting client interaction, operational scheduling and when necessary, honing your leadership skills
- Be a valued voice in the room from day 1 – no position is more important than another here, we simply play our role to the best of our ability for the betterment of our team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years work experience doing either; administrative assistant, receptionist, executive/personal assistant, life coach, any business support function
- Computer skills; experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft office products, Google Suite products, adobe acrobat, any adobe design programs such as Photoshop
- Solid communication skills to support vendor, employee, and customer interactions
- Light financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Drivers License and ability to work in the US
Responsibilities:
- HR administrative functions include: Applicant searching and interviewing, onboarding personnel, payroll
- Participate in on-call phone rotation, fielding customer calls when disaster strikes.
- Assist the office manager with phone and email communication
- Paper and digital receipt filing
- Vendor management: Onboard and removal of vendor relationships
- Marketing tasks – hubspot and social media functions as needed (to include blogs, social media posts)
- Payment processing – invoice generation, light collections on AR, support billing management
- Office supply management to include light warehouse equipment ordering
- There is always something to celebrate! You would own the celebratory calendar and organizing those functions
